BIBLELANDS PRAYER NEWS
(February 2008)
Israel and the Occupied
Territories
- The Nazareth School of
Nursing trains 200
students to the highest standards of nursing care. Please pray for the
nursing students, many of whom are under pressure from family
responsibilities and financial circumstances.
- Rawdat El-Zuhur primary
school in Jerusalem
provides an education to 230 students, mainly from families on a low
income. For many of these children, the journey to and from school is
very difficult, sometimes impossible, due to travel restrictions.
- The Sheepfold in Bethlehem
provides residential and day care to children and young people with
severe disabilities and special educational needs. Many of these
children have been refused care by other institutions because of the
profound nature of their disabilities.
